About Me
I embarked on my dance journey at the tender age of 2, filled with dreams of becoming a professional ballet dancer. At 11, I discovered contemporary dance, and from that moment, there was no turning back.
Challenges arose around the age of 15 when I was diagnosed with musculoskeletal issues, causing me pain and posing strength and alignment obstacles. Thanks to the exceptional care provided by the Dancers Clinic, I conquered these hurdles.
Determined to carve a unique path, and realising the need to be versatile, post 16 I immersed myself in a diverse range of pursuits. From studying French and Psychology to obtaining qualifications in personal training, exercise to music, and sports nutrition, my thirst for knowledge and new skills knew no bounds. At 18, this led me to pursue a BA (HONS) in Musical Theatre and Cabaret.
During this time and amidst my first professional cruise contract, I pushed myself further by obtaining a Level 4 Teaching Diploma holder, Pole Dance Instructor Certification, undergoing examiner training with I-PATH (International Performing Arts & Theatre), along with a Life Coaching course.
In 2024, whilst recovering from a knee injury I completed a BTEC Extended Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage and commenced my Level 4 Strength and Conditioning qualification.
Now, armed with a plethora of skills and experiences, I am enthusiastic about supporting athletes and dancers in reaching their peak performance. Alongside, I can ensure that I am the very best version of myself to pursue my own career goals. My multidisciplinary expertise coupled with relevant industry work ensures that I can adapt and excel in the ever-evolving performing arts industry that I hold dear to my heart.
